Initial inquiries through this website do not create a booking, contract or payment obligation. Sample journeys are planning inspiration only; no dates, places or prices are guaranteed.
2. A written proposal before paid work
Before any paid work begins, request a written proposal describing the service, deliverables, planning fees, payment deadlines, what is excluded and the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Proceed only after you understand and accept those terms.
3. Changes to your itinerary
Tell us if your dates, group size or priorities change. Changes can alter scope, feasibility and third-party costs. Any additional planning fee should be agreed in writing before additional work.
4. Cancellation and refunds
There is no universal refund promise on this website. Refund eligibility for planning services depends on the separate agreement and work already performed, subject to applicable law. Cancellation charges for travel suppliers are governed by their own terms.
5. Travel bookings and insurance
Confirm supplier names, booking conditions and payment recipients before making a travel purchase. Travel insurance is not included by default. Check cancellation cover directly with your chosen insurer.
